1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or pet hair
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized jerseys with personalized name or number printing (unless defective)
  • Items marked as Final Sale or clearance
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our reply with the return shipping address and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the package back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return

Please do not send returns to the address on the original package. We will provide a dedicated returns address.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, we are happy to assist with an exchange:

  • Contact us with your order number and the desired replacement
  • Return the original item following the steps above
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will dispatch the replacement

6. Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Banks may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we shipped a defective or incorrect item

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item
  • A short description of the issue

For confirmed defects or shipping errors, we will:

  • Cover the return shipping cost
  • Send a replacement at no extra charge, or
  • Issue a full refund including original shipping
