1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Customized Items

Customized jerseys with name and number printing typically require an additional 1-2 business days for printing and quality inspection.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer multiple shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping - 7 to 15 business days. $7.99 flat rate, or free on orders over $99.
  • Express Shipping - 5 to 7 business days. $14.99 flat rate.

Final shipping options and rates may vary depending on your destination and the weight of your order. Available methods will be displayed at checkout.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code is required.

Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. If you choose express shipping, the corresponding express rate will be charged.
